Rules to be happy~~

Hai n Assalamualaikum..
WELL, hmm sem break is gone, now I need to get ready to my routine as a student, you know with classes, sleep time which I just can't have enough, KOKO, short pocket money, assignments n deadline, test and pop quiz.   

Sometimes we all in need of some motivation, in case if you're having a bad day today or there are some bad memories that still haunting u..all u need is to keep moving on because simple word can describe about life is that : "LIFE GOES ON"..so, no matter how bad your situation or how hard people can understand how complicated your life is but you'll see we all  have our own problems. How to cope and handle with that and depends on that particular persons. Now, I want to share about rules to be happy. As happiness can make u feel stronger and will bring positive vibes to you and automatically to people around u.

1) Be grateful- First of all. be grateful with your life. Some people will have everything that you wanted in life e.g: fame, wealth, beauty etc but you should know  what you have right now such as family with love, good friends, good health .etc are good enough. Or every morning you wake up you should feel grateful to have one more chance to be alive. There are people who are struggling to fight for his/her life. Live simply n appreciate what u have

2) Give love- Random act of kindness that can help ur day become better such as smile at a stranger. Although sometimes is hard to show people you love that you love and care for them (like me). But pray in silence and be a good listener for them is good, try to learn express more your love and always stay with them through ups and downs. 

3) Stop overthinking- Stop takes everything too seriously. "Mistakes are proof that you are trying". It's okay to think that "what others think of you is none of ur business"..just know that you are not always right so you should learn from it and snap out of it.

4)Be Positive - when things don't go as u planned, remember that everything happens for a reason.. You should believe that sometimes God gives what u need not what u want.

5) Love yourself- How to live happily if you not even love yourself. You deserve to be happy and to be loved. Forgive yourself because you are not defined by your mistakes, just let go and focus on becoming better you. Live healthily and respect yourself.
