The fact that we're human with flaws. We're trying to be perfect by learning, practices and mistakes. Impossible to please everyone. And u know what, it's hard to do that. So happiness is not totally about happiness around u , but it's u. When you're happy, than u can treat people well, u can smile genuinely. LEARN to say NO when u think it's best to say so. LEARN to say YES if u know finally u get the chances for things that you're waiting for. Just don't rush into things but it does not mean u need to wait forever, u need to step up when u think it's about time. Respect differences. You need criticism, yes I do believe a government needs a strong opposition to lead a strong nation. A leader should argue or debate for what's really wrong but at the same time able to say yes and open to some criticisms. A human needs to learn to do that. For me, yes I do have ego n I'll always love to win every argument but later, there's regret. Sometimes u regret coz u just let pride get in the way when all u had to do is to say sorry. What makes u better? when you're able to take criticisms as motivation. THE growing process.
Besides that, don't take people for granted. Don't play with feelings. A simple rule is not to please everyone but don't hurt others. Or in other words, Golden rule stated that " One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.
"What we know when we know? We know what we don't know because the more we know, the more we know we don't know" Steve Job once said "stay hungry, stay foolish".." In the end, those who win are those who think they can." ;)

does anyone of you know how to tell our mind to stop sending signals to the other parts of our body to stop doing things that it knows, are irrational. it is like, when you know how stupid your doing is, you know that it is immature, and sometimes pointless, but you just cant help it. you know the fact that it should hv stopped since you know it is bad, amd doesnt bring any good to you physically or mentally. but just why the hell are you keep doing it. how to get over it???

"If you don't work hard for today, you need to work harder for tomorrow"
"It is good to be important, but it is more important to be good"

"Don't hate something you don't understand"
"Love our parents. We are so bz growing up, we often forget that they are also growing older."

Culture- Simple Tips to work or vacation (abroad)
Culture defined as a way of life of a group of people. It's complex which includes art, belief, morals, values etc that will show different colours among society. It is important for us to learn about other culture especially when we are planning to go holiday abroad or overseas for business works. Why? Because other than to obtain knowledge itself, we can adapt well and it will help us a lot of things other than just wanna have fun or just for your sake of works schedule. I will share some stories that my Mandarin lecturer shared about his friend(Mr X) who needs to make a deal with his business partners from China. However, after Mr X had dinner with his client his business deals turned off. Why? This is because during dinner Mr X and his client made a toast. However, Mr X's glass was higher than his client. In China, if you want to ask for favour/help from someone, or older persons, or someone you respect(seniors, prominent people, your boss) you need to lower your glass when you make a toast which means that you respect them.
Other than that, in Korea, when you know how to speak Korean you need to be careful in terms of using formal n non-formal words. My friend told me that her friends had a vacation in Korea but there were some bad experiences bcoz the bus driver got mad when they said: "ahjussi palli"( Sir, please faster). The bus driver told them that "if you speak to the older person than you, you need to use formal words as you respect them". Formal words have "yeo" or "da" such as when you're about to say thank you to senior/older person/stranger you need to say kamsahamnida not gomawo. Use "Palliejuseyo" not "palli", use "Arrasoyo" not"arraso". This shows that manner is one of the important things in life. Even in Malaysia, like Malay we need to lower our posture(tunduk wku berjalan) when we are walking in front of elders that means respect. So, make sure do some research about other culture when you are going abroad for holiday or work. Have a good day n I hope tht it's not too late to wish xinnian kuai le ;)
